What I like about coming to Scott at Corpo Bello is that you get personalised attention. Scott really got to know me, my body type, and my exercise preferences - as such, he tailored a programme specifically for me that I enjoyed doing (very unusual for me to like to exercise!). I also really like it how I'm the only client when I visit Corpo Bello - that way I avoid the usual embarrassment I feel when I visit a typical gym.
I went to Scott expecting what I pretty much got from most other personal trainers - someone who would push me for a session, maybe give me a bit of dietary advice, and leave it at that. My expectations were really exceeded! I began to really enjoy coming to training sessions and I got much fitter. The sessions were so enjoyable that I didn't really know how hard I had worked during the session until afterwards.
I had been to several personal trainers at my regular gym before and have previously had one personal trainer who was just fantastic and I thought when she moved overseas, that I would never find anyone as good again - but Scott was even better! I found that Scott's method of training was much more enjoyable than that of my other trainers.
I lost 7 kilos for my wedding day, I put on muscle at the same time and had a great shape for my special day. Also getting fit and having so much more energy in everyday life and enjoying exercising (something I had never done before) were the biggest benefits for me.
