I started training with Scott just prior to Christmas and was leaving to move overseas mid January. I wanted a quick fix, what I got was a lifetime program. I only had the opportunity of having 8 training sessions with Scott, two sessions weekly, but in that short time I made big strides in my level of fitness.
I told Scott I was interested in weight training and wanted pushing to achieve heavier weights than I would achieve by joining a gym. Scott was happy to oblige me and I found his training motivational and good fun, and much harder than I would have managed on my own.
I also liked being the only client when I visited Corpo Bello, no waiting for machines to come free, with Scott totally focused on my needs for an intense workout session.
I am more than happy to recommend Scott and Corpo Bello..
