Scott makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. I have struggled with my weight for a number of years now and found it difficult to commit myself to a gym programme or even just walking around the block because I felt people would be looking at me and thinking how fat I was. Having the opportunity to come to a trainer for one on one sessions without any one else watching me has made me finally commit to an exercise programme.
When I started I was excited that this may well be just the kind of environment that I could comfortably work towards losing weight in. After 3 months of training with Scott the experience has completely exceeded even my high expectations.
Seeing results in my clothes becoming looser, feeling muscles growing in places I have never had muscles before, I feel stronger, fitter and more energised. I am motivated by results and Scott really pushes me far and beyond the level I would limit myself to. Also because we stretch throughout the training session and then have stretching and a massage at the end the muscle soreness over the next few days is so reduced that I actually enjoy it now (this was another thing that previously put me off going to the gym, I'd go push myself as hard as possible then be sore for a week and give up on going back).
I would and I do recommend people to start training with Scott in his studio.
