Time was the issue I had, when it came to keeping fit. With a fulltime job and a beautiful four year old daughter, I only had so much left to spend on myself. Also, after having my baby, I noticed my previously firm muscles had become much too soft. So, with the promise of only one half hour per week working my inactive muscles to exhaustion, (and cheered on/encouraged/driven by Scott), I've a new found strength and commitment to being leaner and stronger than I've ever been, just like his flyer says.
Insisting I trust his judgement on what my body can lift/push/pull, I started leg pressing 30kg and three months later, I'm now able to move 175kg with my legs - talk about power!
I've noticed better posture and the shape of my body changing, week by week. Story short, some of the best time and money I've ever invested in myself and my longterm health.
