Like a lot of other people I was a member of a gym but due to work and social commitments struggled to find time to go. The times I did go I found myself lacking the motivation or the confidence to push myself that next step.
When it was mentioned that I go talk to Scott at Corpo Bello my first reaction was, I'm not really the type who has a personal trainer. But as he come highly recommended I thought it harmless to have a free sit down consultation.
After talking to Scott about my goals, and my time issues, he proceeded to verbally design a workout that would best achieve my desired results, also mapping out a schedule that best suited my day to day activity. His philosophy of one workout a week for a 30-40 minute session was something that I originally questioned but the pros outweighed the cons so I decided to give it a go.
Since that first session my train of thought has quickly changed. With Scott directing and pushing me in every exercise I have noticed a big step up in the weight I am lifting and also my previously discussed goals coming to fruition.

I was so amazed with the way Corpo Bello was so professionally set up and run and with the results I have received to date I have recently also taken on a weekly boxing session to work on cardio.
