Do you have the time to work out??? 12 different exercises, 3 sets of 12-15 reps, 3 times a week. Does this sound familiar to you? This workout may take you around one hour to complete, maybe even an hour and a half if you have to wait to use your favourite sit-up machine or that rather awkward one that you have to open and close you legs with out losing any of your dignity.
These types of programs do work. If you have 3-4 hours spare each week and don't mind waiting a while to see some real gains in strength. If you don't get bored with your program as well that is. At Corpo Bello you can be in and out in 30 minutes having completed a warm up, a total body workout, a total body stretch and a shoulder and neck massage. If you like rocking out to AC/DC or a bit of Feelers or the Chillies or maybe even some Elvis Presley whilst you workout, not a problem, we will make up a playlist of whatever spins your wheel and get you into the workout mood, although we might have to draw the line at Country music (sorry).
